DP World Southampton Celebrates International Standards

DP World Southampton is celebrating achieving two globally recognised standards in occupational health and safety and the environment.

The company has been certified to OHSAS 18001, the occupational health and safety management standard, and ISO 14001, the environmental management standard, by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).

During the final stage of the certification process, LRQA auditors spent a week at the container terminal assessing and verifying that DP World Southampton’s management in occupational health and safety and the environment meets or surpasses international standards.
